Alzheimer Bed – Orthopaedic Bed

Our orthopaedic adjustable bed ALZHEIMER, with 4 articulation planes, is designed to enhance the quality of life for individuals with limited mobility by allowing the articulation of various positions. The Alzheimer bed offers a minimum height adjustment of 22 cm in its lowest position.

Bed base

Electrically powered and operated through remote control, this bed features 4 articulation planes. As a safety precaution, the remote is equipped with a 9 V battery for resetting the bed in the event of a power failure. The bed frame is crafted from 50 x 20 mm steel tubing, while the articulated bed base is assembled with 30 x 20 mm tubing and features 24 beechwood slats supported by pivoting rubber supports. All metal components are finished with aluminium epoxy paint.

Lifter

Electric lifter, operated through the same remote control as the bed base, made of steel tubing with epoxy paint finish. Equipped with a 125 mm anti-static wheel assembly with a locking system. Adjustable height ranging from 22 to 77 cm. Trendelenburg and Anti-Trendelenburg tilt function up to 11 degrees.

Headboards and rails

Headboard and footboard made of MDF in beechwood colour, coated in polylaminate. Wooden rails matching the headboard and footboard with a folding system and variable height.

Other characteristics

Mattress holding clips. PVC spaces for the incorporator and I.V. pole at the corners of the headboard. Maximum user weight: 135 kg / Maximum weight capacity: 170 kg
